When does the free trial start?

Your 15-day trial starts when you create your workspace, after account signup. Explore the available modules without entering a card. When the trial ends, your records stay readable; an active subscription is needed to make changes and run automations. Adding payment details during the trial preserves the remaining free days, rounded up to whole days by Dodo.

What counts as a user?

Each member in the workspace counts as one user, including the owner, administrators and read-only members. Pending invitations do not count. Choose enough seats for your current members before subscribing. Additional team members need an available seat.

How do I change seats or cancel?

The workspace owner manages seats in Settings - Billing. Seat changes take effect immediately, with the new monthly price charged at the next renewal and no immediate charge. Use the Dodo billing portal for payment methods, subscription invoices and cancellation. Remove members before reducing seats below the current member count.

Can my records use INR, EUR or KWD?

Yes. Workspace currency settings apply to CRM and finance records. The subscription price is in USD, separately from those records. Checkout shows applicable taxes and the final amount before you confirm.

Does this collect payments from my customers?

Dodo processes your DryKraft subscription payments. Customer invoice payments in the Finance module record money already received; customer payment collection and bank reconciliation are separate capabilities and are not connected in this release.

What is included in Enterprise?

Enterprise pricing and scope are agreed through a custom quote. Share the rollout and operational requirements you need covered. A pricing request does not activate extra features, a paid plan or a contract.
