Keep document preparation, approval and payment recording in a clear order. This guide covers the finance workflow available in DryKraft today.

Set the issuer details first
Open Finance settings and enter the details that should appear on your invoices. Review the issuer name and address before creating the first document. A workspace administrator manages this configuration. Issued invoices retain the issuer information used at the time of issue, so a later settings change does not rewrite a document already issued.
Choose the enabled currencies in Workspace settings. The invoice currency determines how amounts are entered and reported. Review taxes and discounts against the actual transaction; DryKraft supports configurable values rather than deciding which tax rules apply to your business.
Create and review the draft
Create an invoice draft from Invoices, or use a workflow to generate a draft from a won deal. Connect the customer and deal where relevant. Enter the customer details, invoice and due dates, line descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes and notes. Check the currency before entering amounts.
Review the saved draft before issuing it. Issuing assigns a unique invoice number and freezes the details. Download the PDF for your own delivery process. Automatic invoice email delivery and payment collection are not connected, so issuing an invoice does not say it was sent or that money was received.
Record money already received
When a payment has actually arrived, record its amount, date and reference against the invoice. The balance is updated from the recorded entries. Partial payments can be entered separately, which lets the team follow the remaining amount without replacing the original invoice total.
Use the finance views to review open and overdue balances. A payment entry is a record of a transaction handled elsewhere; it does not initiate a transfer. Bank reconciliation and payment provider collection require connections outside the current release. An administrator can void an unpaid issued invoice when that is the appropriate correction.
Submit expenses for review
Create an expense draft with the vendor, date, category, currency, amount, included tax and receipt reference. Save the draft, check its details and submit it for review. An administrator approves or rejects the submitted expense. Rejected work can be corrected through the available workflow rather than marking it paid without approval.
Once an approved expense has actually been paid, an administrator records the payment date and reference. The resulting state distinguishes an amount captured, an amount approved and an amount paid. Finance events can trigger the same workflow builder used by CRM, so a finance change can create an internal task or another configured action.
