Send email campaigns and follow-up sequences with SMTP, Google or Outlook. Connect your mailbox, personalize from CRM records and stop follow-ups on detected replies.
Authorize Google or Outlook for sending and inbox access, or enter an SMTP host, port and private login. SMTP connections support TLS on ports 465 or 587; optional IMAP reply detection uses port 993. Native mailbox authorization requires the provider app and callback configuration. This connects a mailbox; it is separate from signing in to DryKraft.
Google and Outlook permissions are granted in their own consent flow. A saved connection alone is not proof that sending is ready. Verify and enable the connection, then review the audience before launch. Private credentials stay encrypted per workspace.
Write the campaign or the follow-up sequence
Use CRM fields to personalize a subject and message. A campaign sends one step; a sequence can schedule up to 20 steps with waits. Review Marketing consent and the exact eligible addresses, then launch through a verified connection. Configured daily and hourly limits apply across runs.
Email includes an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers. Google, Outlook and optional IMAP check recent inbox messages for matching references and sender addresses. A detected matched reply stops follow-ups. Reply checks run about every five minutes.
Inspect acceptance and know the limits
Activity records provider acceptance and links to the shared execution history. It does not promise inbox delivery, opens or clicks. Open/click tracking and bounce processing are not connected in this release. If a send result is ambiguous, inspect the mailbox provider before attempting another send.
