Open Settings - Account security to separate this device from other sessions across all your workspaces. Browse other sessions in groups of 25, with approximate browser labels, creation time, recent activity and expiry. Activity updates about every five minutes; browser labels are not identity or location proof.
Sessions last up to seven days. End one other session or all other sessions after reviewing the confirmation. Ending this device signs it out. Workspace membership removal separately revokes that workspace’s sessions.
Change a password with a clear outcome
Your current password and matching new entries are required. A successful change rotates this session and ends all other account sessions. New passwords contain 10 to 128 characters, and account-scoped attempt limits apply. The shared sample account cannot change its password.
Private security history shows the latest 20 successful password and session changes initiated here. It is personal account information, separate from the workspace business audit log.
Use the controls available today
Owners and administrators manage team access through invitations and workspace roles. Session review and password controls protect personal access without changing the customer records that teammates share.
MFA, email verification and recovery, OAuth account login, magic links, API keys and service accounts are not available in this release. Native Google and Outlook outreach connectors authorize mailboxes; they do not provide account login.
