Explore the workspace before committing to a subscription. Keep the team’s subscription seats separate from the currencies and payment records used in your business.

Start the trial after account signup
Create your account first, then complete workspace setup with its name, address and currencies. The 15-day trial starts when the workspace is created. No card is required for the trial, and account signup does not automatically charge you.
Use the trial to add records, inspect the finance workflow, build a small automation and review provider setup. When trial access ends, records remain readable. An active plan is needed for most business changes and automated work; account security and billing remain available.
Count the people who need access
Workspace pricing is USD $1 per user per month before applicable taxes. Each member counts, including the owner, administrators and read-only members. Pending invitations are excluded. For example, a workspace with five members has a $5 USD monthly subtotal before taxes.
The owner chooses subscription seats in Settings - Billing. Choose at least enough seats for current members and plan for additional teammates. Record currencies such as INR, EUR and KWD do not change the USD subscription price. Connected email, SMS, voice and WhatsApp providers can charge separately for their usage.
Review hosted checkout and manage renewals
Continue from Billing to Dodo Payments hosted checkout and review the final amount and taxes before committing. Adding payment details during the trial preserves the remaining free days, rounded up to the whole-day units used by Dodo. Returning to DryKraft alone does not establish a paid subscription; provider confirmation updates its status.
Use Refresh billing when a provider update is pending. Once subscribed, the Dodo portal handles payment methods, subscription invoices and cancellation. Seat changes take effect immediately without an immediate charge, and the new monthly price applies at the next renewal. Remove members before reducing seats below the current member count.
Keep Enterprise and customer payments clear
Enterprise pricing and scope are agreed through a custom quote. Contact support@drykraft.com with your team size, rollout and requirements, or save those requirements from Billing. Submitting a request does not activate an agreement, paid plan or extra features.
Dodo processes the subscription your company pays for DryKraft. Payments recorded against your customer invoices in Finance represent money already received elsewhere. Recording an invoice payment does not transfer money, collect from a customer or reconcile a bank account.
