Your CRM should describe the information your team needs to keep. DryKraft starts with people, companies, leads, deals and tasks. Administrators can extend those objects with fields or define a custom object for a separate type of record. Give each field a clear name and choose a type that matches the information: text, a number, a date, a selection, a relationship or a monetary value. Required fields make the expectation explicit when a record is saved.
A useful field is one your team understands and maintains. Before adding it, decide who will update it and what decision it helps someone make. Existing objects keep their records when you add optional fields. Choose table columns around the task at hand so important context remains visible without opening every record.
Build dashboards around a question
Create a dashboard and add widgets that count records, sum amounts or calculate an average. Choose an object, a grouping field and an appropriate display: a metric, bar chart or donut. Filters let a widget focus on a particular part of the data, such as an owner or status. Keep a report specific enough to guide an action. A lead count by source can help a team review where new conversations begin; a task count by status can show where follow-up needs attention.
For financial widgets, select a report currency. DryKraft does not turn unlike currencies into a misleading combined amount. A change to the default currency affects new records, while existing values retain their original currency. Layout and KPI definitions are saved per workspace.
Configure the shared process
Sales pipelines can have their own stages and probabilities. Workspace administrators manage company settings, enabled currencies, timezone and team access. Workflows connect record events to the next action across CRM, sales and finance. These settings are part of the same workspace, so configuring the process does not require a separate application for each customer.
Start with the smallest configuration that helps the team complete its work, then add fields and reports as the need becomes clear. Customization is available through defined objects, fields, dashboards and workflow controls. Arbitrary code plugins, a customer theme editor and advanced field-level permission rules are not part of this release.
