Pricing, trial & Dodo billing
Current release · Updated October 2, 2026
Manage the $1 monthly seat plan or request a custom Enterprise quote.
Trial and seat pricing
Every new workspace receives a 15-day free trial without a payment card or automatic signup charge. Workspace pricing is USD $1 per user per month before applicable taxes. Count the owner, administrators, members and viewers. Pending invitations are excluded. CRM/finance currencies are separate from the USD subscription.
Start or manage the subscription
The workspace owner opens Settings - Billing, chooses enough seats for current members and continues to Dodo’s hosted checkout. Adding payment details during the trial preserves remaining days, rounded up. Confirm the final amount/taxes in checkout. Returning to DryKraft does not itself prove payment; signed webhooks/canonical provider refresh update status.
Use Refresh billing if provider status is pending. An ambiguous open checkout remains reserved for its 24-hour lifetime; contact support rather than opening another purchase blindly. Once subscribed, the Dodo portal manages payment methods, subscription invoices and cancellation. Seat changes apply immediately without an immediate charge; the next monthly renewal uses the new price. Remove members before reducing below the member count.
Expired access and Enterprise
After trial/paid access ends, records remain readable and account security/billing remain usable. Most business changes and automation require an active plan; access removal is still available. Cancellation handling comes from the provider’s current subscription state and next billing date.
Enterprise has custom pricing and scope. Save organization requirements in Billing and contact support@drykraft.com. A request does not activate a contract, paid access or additional features. Dodo bills the DryKraft subscription; it does not collect your customer invoice payments.
Billing webhook setup
The deployment uses https://app.drykraft.com/api/billing/dodo/webhook. Configure the endpoint and matching private signing secret with the Dodo account. Raw request bytes plus webhook-id/timestamp/signature are verified with a five-minute timestamp window. Duplicate events are ignored and current provider subscription state is fetched. Keep API/signing secrets in private server configuration, never in frontend code or documentation.
