Workspace & currencies

Current release · Updated October 2, 2026

Configure the company, timezone and supported denominations without changing historical amounts.

Company settings

Owners and administrators can open Settings - Workspace to change the company name, timezone, default currency and enabled currencies. Select a valid IANA timezone, such as Asia/Kolkata. Save deliberately; the form does not autosave. Workspace address cannot be changed through this settings form.

Default and enabled currencies

Choose USD, INR, EUR, KWD or another currency in the supported catalogue. The default must be enabled. Enable every denomination needed for new monetary records. Changing the default affects the initial choice for new records and default reports; it does not convert existing values. Disabling a currency prevents new records in that currency while existing records can retain it.

Precision and reporting

Finance respects currency precision: USD, INR and EUR use two decimal places; KWD uses three; JPY uses none. Enter amounts in major units. Financial calculations and payment history store minor units to keep totals consistent. Monetary dashboard queries and pipeline totals keep currencies separate. There is no automatic foreign-exchange conversion or consolidated exchange-rate report.

Audit and access

Settings - Audit trail shows the latest supported business and membership events to owners and administrators. Account password/session events have a separate private history in Security. Trial expiration preserves read access but requires an active subscription for most changes and automation.
