Start a workspace

Current release · Updated October 2, 2026

Create your account, set up the company and find your first useful workflow.

Create your account, then your workspace

Open the application and choose Get started. Enter your name, email and a password of 10-128 characters. Signup creates the account first. The next onboarding step asks for company name, workspace address, default currency and enabled currencies. If setup is interrupted, sign in again to finish it.

An address starts with a letter and contains 3-40 lowercase letters, digits or hyphens. Names such as app, www, api and support are reserved. Availability is checked, but only successful workspace creation reserves the address. The 15-day free trial starts when the workspace is created, not when the account is created.

Find the right module

The thin main menu switches between CRM, Sales, Finance, Outreach, Automation and Settings. The second menu shows that module’s pages. CRM contains dashboards and customer records; Sales contains opportunities; Finance contains invoices, expenses and approvals. Outreach is where you connect communication providers and review campaigns or sequences.

Use the workspace switcher to select a team you belong to. A workspace has its own records, settings, roles and provider connections. Being a member of one company does not give access to another.

Make a small first workflow

Set currencies and timezone, add one person and a follow-up task, then configure a sales pipeline. Add real team members only after choosing their roles. Configure invoice issuer information before issuing documents. Review a workflow draft before publishing it. Connect an outreach provider and use a narrow consented smart list before launching anything.

Workspace addresses and current hosting

The central application is available at app.drykraft.com. A chosen slug identifies your workspace. Automatic workspace-subdomain redirects require wildcard DNS and TLS and are currently disabled pending that setup. Choosing an address does not create a custom domain, mailbox or website. Customer-owned domains are not supported in this release.
