CRM records & follow-up
Current release · Updated October 2, 2026
Use people, companies, leads and tasks with typed fields, relations and activity.
People, companies and leads
Open a CRM record page and choose Add. Enter the required name and the fields your team needs. People hold email, international phone, company context, lifecycle, source, tags, owner and Marketing consent. Companies hold company details. Leads hold qualification status, source, score, owner and potential value. A free-text owner label is not a separate permission policy.
Open a record for details, notes and follow-up. Saved edits validate the object’s fields and required values. Concurrent changes are rejected; refresh the latest record before trying again. Searching a record page matches common name/contact/company fields, while global search matches record names.
Qualify and convert a lead
Use New, Contacted, Qualified or Unqualified to express qualification. Convert a lead when it should become a person. Conversion reuses a matching person email in this workspace or creates a person, marks the lead Converted and links the records. It does not create a deal automatically. Create the opportunity separately in Sales. Already converted leads cannot be converted twice.
Tasks and activity
Create tasks with status To do, In progress or Done, priority, due date, owner and an optional related record. Add a note, call, email or meeting activity to a record to preserve context. These activity entries record work; they do not send email or place calls. Use Outreach for actual messages and calls.
Tables, exports and deletion
Adjust visible columns for the information you maintain. Use page search/status filters or a saved smart list. Pages use cursor pagination. Export the selected view through the available CSV control; exports preserve array values and neutralize spreadsheet formulas in text. There is no separate export API.
Delete only after confirming the record. Another record’s relation can block deletion; remove or correct that incoming relation first. Financial records use their dedicated Finance lifecycle rather than generic deletion. Deleted records have no restore interface in this release.
